You can set the difficulty level manually within the app. Please try the following steps to manually unlock and set the levels:
1. Go to the home screen
2. Click on Setup wheel at the bottom on the left hand corner.
3. Click on the Profile tab.
4. Now choose the chapter for play and manually change the difficulty level to Easy, Medium or Hard, as desired.
