It requires internet connection for our servers to be able to send an email report to you. So please ensure your device is connected to the internet at least once a week with Splash Math app running on the device.


STEP 1: Verify if your email reporting is turned "ON" in the settings.
STEP 2: Turn it "OFF" and then back "ON" for the same email id again.


Please check the email address you had previously entered and correct the same in case of any error in the same.
