I am getting multiple email reports but only 1 is correct. What do I do?

Splash Math sends one email per player. Please verify that you have not created multiple players in the app which are not used.
Steps to verify multiple players
- Open "Splash Math Grade 4" app on the iPad and go to the "Home Screen"
- Click on the "Profile" button on the right bottom corner of the screen.
- Check if there are any extra users created which are not being used.
- Delete additional players from "Splash Math Grade 4" which are not being used.
