VERIFY IF REPORTING IS ON
1. Open "Splash Math Grade 4" app on the iPad and go to the "Home Screen"
2. Click on "Parents" button.
3. Click on “Summary” tab.
4. Click on your existing Email Id to make it editable under “Email Report” section.
5. Delete your Email Id and click “return” on the keypad.
6. Click Yes and then click “Back”.
7. Repeat steps 2 & 3.
8. Turn ON “Send Weekly Reports to Email” under “Weekly Progress Reports”.
9. Enter your Email id and then click "return" on the keypad.
10. Verify your Email Id.
11. Click “Back”.
Also, it requires internet connection for our servers to be able to send an email report to you. So, please ensure your device is connected to the Internet at least once a week with Splash Math Grade 4 app running on the device.
