Please follow the listed steps to enable your Weekly Email Reports.
STEPS TO ENABLE REPORTS:
1. Open "Splash Math app" and go to the "Home Screen"
2. Click on "Parent" button at the bottom left corner of the screen
3. Enter the parental code asked.
4. Click on "Summary" tab
5. Tap on the empty space in front of "Email" under “Email Report” to make the field editable
6. Enter your Email id and click “return” on the keypad.
7. Verify your Email Id by clicking on newest verification mail sent to your mailbox.
8. Turn "Email Reports" ON.
You have now enabled Email Reports. You should get email reports every week from StudyPad.
Note: It requires internet connection for our servers to be able to send an email report to you. So please ensure your device is connected to the internet at least once a week with Splash Math app running on the device.
