To fix this issue, please try the below mentioned options.
1. Try killing/closing the app and restarting
Please kill/close the Splash Math app on the iPad and open Splash Math again. This should fix the problem. The video explains how to do this.
If Option 1 did not work, please try Option 2.
Option 2. Try restarting the iPad
Please restart the iPad and open Splash Math again. This should fix the problem.
If Option 2 also did not work, then look at option 3. Read the notes carefully before trying Option 3.
OPTION 3: Delete app and download the app again
- This option will permanently delete all data from the app
- The DATA LOST cannot be restored
* This option should be used only when you do not have critical data on the app
