To fix this issue, please try the below mentioned options. 

Option 1. Try killing/closing the app and restarting
Please kill/close the Splash Math app on the iPad and open Splash Math again. This should fix the problem. The video explains how to do this.



If Option 1 did not work, please try Option 2.

Option 2. Try restarting your iPad
Please restart your iPad and open Splash Math again. This should fix the problem.




If Option 2 also did not work, then please look at option 3. Read the notes carefully before trying Option 3.

Option 3: Delete the app and download it again

- This option will permanently delete all data from the app.
- The Data Lost CANNOT be restored.

* This option should be used only when you do not have critical data on the app. 

Instructions - Try deleting and downloading the app again from the App Store
