I had purchased all chapters but they are locked now. How do I get full access? Print

We are assuming you had installed the lite version of Splash Math Grade 4 and then did in-app purchase. Now, you are not able to see the in-apps you bought previously. As you have already downloaded the lite version of the app, please follow the steps suggested to resolve this issue:

Steps to restore in-app purchases:

1. Open “Splash Math Grade 5”.

2. Click on "Get Full Version" button on the top right of the screen.

3. Click on the "Restore Purchase" button in the top right corner of the screen.

4. Click "Yes".

5. Fill the details of your Apple Id and Click "Ok".

6. This will restore all previously purchased chapters in the app.
