I had purchased all chapters but they are locked now. How do I get full access? Print

We are assuming you had installed the lite version of Splash Math Kindergarten and then did in-app purchase. Now, you are not able to see the in-apps you bought previously. As you have already downloaded the lite version of the app, please follow the steps suggested to resolve this issue:

Steps to restore in-app purchases:

1. Open "Splash Math Kindergarten" app on the iPad and go to the "HomeScreen".

2. Hold on "Parents" button button for 2 seconds at the bottom of the screen.

3. Click on “Get Full Version” on the top right corner besides “Change Player” of the screen.

4. Click on “Restore Purchase” on the top right corner of the screen.

5. Fill your Apple Id details and there you go.
