VERIFY IF REPORTING IS ON
1. Open "Splash Math Kindergarten" app on the iPad and go to the "Home Screen"
2. Hold on "Parents" button for 2 seconds at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on “Settings” tab.
4. Turn OFF (ON => OFF) “Email Weekly Reports” and “Data Backup On Cloud" under Weekly Reports Settings section.
5. Click "Done".
6. Repeat Step 2 & 3.
7. Turn ON “Email Weekly Reports” under Weekly Reports Settings section.
8. Click "Done"
Also, it requires internet connection for our servers to be able to send an email report to you. So, please ensure your device is connected to the Internet at least once a week with Splash Math Kindergarten app running on the device.
