It requires internet connection for our servers to be able to send an email report to you. So, please ensure your device is connected to the Internet at least once a week with Splash Math Kindergarten app running on the device.
STEPS TO ENABLE REPORTS:
1. Open "Splash Math Kindergarten" app and go to the "Home Screen".
2. Hold on "Parents" button for 2 seconds at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on “Settings” tab.
4. Enter your Email id in “Email ID For Sending Report” under Weekly Report Settings section and then click "return" on the keypad.
5. Turn ON “Email Weekly Reports” under Weekly Reports Settings section.
6. Click “Done”.
Note : Data Backup must be “ON” to enable weekly report.
As you have now enabled Email Reports, you will get email reports every week from StudyPad.
