Please try the instructions below and also write to us about your issue.
VERIFY IF REPORTING IS ON:
1. Open "Learn Money" app on the iPad and go to the "Home Screen".
2. Click on "SETUP" button on the bottom left of the HomeScreen.
3. Turn OFF (ON => OFF) “Send Weekly Reports to Email” under “Weekly Progress Reports” section.
4. Click "Done".
5. Repeat Step 2.
6. Turn ON “Send Weekly Reports to Email” under “Weekly Progress Reports” section.
7. Click "Done".
As you have now enabled Email Reports, you will get email reports every week from StudyPad.
Note: It requires internet connection for our servers to be able to send an email report to you. So, please ensure your device is connected to the Internet at least once a week with Learn Money app running on the device.
