VERIFY IF REPORTING IS ON:

1.  Open "Telling Time" app on the iPad and go to the "Home Screen".

2.  Click on "SETUP" button on the bottom left of the Home Screen.

3.  Turn OFF (ON => OFF) “Send Weekly Reports to Email” under “Weekly Progress Reports” section.

4.  Click "Done".

5.  Repeat Step 2.

6.  Turn ONSend Weekly Reports to Email” under “Weekly Progress Reports” section.

7.  Click "Done".


Also, it requires internet connection for our servers to be able to send an email report to you. So, please ensure your device is connected to the Internet at least once a week with Telling Time app running on the device.
